Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS)
BCA launched the Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS) in February 2009 to promote environment protection and gracious practices during the construction phase of projects. The scheme serves as a benchmark of a builder’s corporate social responsibility to the environment and general public. GGBS audit is conducted by BCA and assessed based on documentation review and site visit to verify implementation.
